આ ખાટાં લીંબૂના આટલા બધા મીઠાં ફાયદા આપ જાણો છો?

કબજિયાત - દરરોજ સવારે ખાલી પેટ એક ગ્લાસ કુણા પાણીમાં એક લીંબૂનો રસ નાખીને પીવાથી પેટના બધા પ્રકારના વિકારો દૂર થાય છે.
આંતરડાની સફાઈ - અઠવાડિયામાં એકવાર ગરમ પાણીમાં લીંબૂનો રસ અને સંચળ નાખીને પીવાથી આંતરડા સાફ થાય છે.
અળાઈઓ રોકવામાં સહાયક - ગરમીને કારણે થતી અળઈઓમાં લીંબૂ લગાડવાથી ફાયદો થાય છે.
એડકીની પરેસાની માટે અક્સીર - લીંબૂના રસમાં મધ અને કાળા મરીનો પાવડર નાખીને પીવાથી એડકી આવવી બંધ થાય છે.
દાંતને સ્વસ્થ રાખે - લીંબૂમાં વિટામીન સી ભરપૂર પ્રમાણમાં હોય છે. વિટામીન સી ની ઉણપથી 'સ્કર્વી'નામનો રોગ થાય છે. આ રોગમાં મસૂઢા પર સોજો આવી જાય છે અને તેમાંથી લોહી પણ નીકળે છે. લીંબૂનુ નિયમિત સેવન કરવાથી આ રોગથી બચી શકાય છે.
ત્વચાને સુંદર બનાવવા - સૂતા પહેલા ગરમ પાણીમાં લીંબૂનો રસ મિક્સ કરીને ત્વચા પર લગાડવાથી ત્વચામાં એક નવી ચમક આવી જાય છે.
માથાના ખંજવાળથી છુટકારો - લીંબૂના રસની માથામાં માલિશ કરવાથી માથાની ખંજવાળ દૂર થાય છે
મુલાયમ ત્વચા માટે - અડધા લીંબૂને કાચા દૂધમાં પલાળીને ત્વચા પર હલકા હાથે રગડો અને પછી ત્વચાને ઠંડા પાણીથી ધોઈ લો. આનાથી ત્વચા મુલાયમ બને છે અને રંગ સાફ થાય છે.
